the former webmaster, the late Robert Young passed on last year, so the site
may bee temporarily/permanently down.
He had a section on VEDs with vendors. Medicare does pay for certain
brands/models if you have a doctor's Rx which should be easy enough to get.
I agree with Avocet. the pumps that http://cockpump.com/ sell are actually
marine pumps. I didn't buy mine there, but I've had mine for 15 years and
it's still very good.
