Question:
I am going to be using muse for the first time tongiht. Can anyone tell me
what to expect? I have not had an oregasm in 3 weeks, will that make
things more difficult for me?
Answer:
I wish you luck! Muse works for some people, but seems the majority, at
least among those writing on this website, try it and ditch it. I
think the success rate is in the 30% range, and a lot of people (me
among them) complain about aching pains in the penis and testicles.
As far as not having an orgasm in 3 weeks, if anything that should make
you hornier and improve things.
Be careful in inserting the suppository. Make sure you urinate soon
beforehand and don't shake it much (provides lubrication - don't use
anything else)and be gentle to avoid scratching your urethra. Follow
the package insert.
If it works, you'll start to get an erection in a few minutes, and it
should last long enough to do the job, plus some more (you may stay
erect for a time after ejaculation). If the erection's not hard enough
and you don't get pain, you might want to try a cock ring as a
supplement.
If your partner wants to do oral sex be sure to use a condom, since the
stuff reportedly tastes terrible.
If Muse doesn't work for you, the next thing to try is Viagra (if you
haven't already) then the injections; either Caverject, Edex or
Tri-Mix. These all have a much higher success rate.
