Question:
The web site at www.penis-enlargement-now.com claims that all forms of
erectile dysfunction, including peyronies, can be rectified by a simple
exercise program costing $29.99. The name of the web site suggests that it
is pitched at the vanity market, rather than the therapy market and it is
easy to dismiss the claims out of hand. They are, however, beguiling, and
almost credible - no need for uros, prescriptions, drugs, needles, pumps
etc.
It has to be too good to be true, but does anyone have any experience of
dealing with erectile dysfunction by means of exercises.
any suggestion?
Answer:

> dealing with erectile dysfunction by means of exercises.
I recall reading in the _Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine_,
I think it was, that strenuous aerobic exercise, over a
period of 4-6 months, showed a substantial decrease in
ED compared to a sedate control group. I'll find the
exact citation if you're interested, but anything that
improves circulation is going to help at least some men
with ED, obviously.
As for simple Kegel exercises doing the trick on ED?
